Our client, TCN, a creative, high-end office space designer, was relying on a more traditional Citrix environment to connect all of their internal users to the same instance of an old Windows Server 2008. They also all had desk computers and relied on desk phones to communicate with clients and colleagues.

    Solution

    We proposed migrating their systems to dedicated mobile devices running Windows 10, utilising Office 365 for document storage, file sharing, and device management. Additionally, we recommended implementing a VoIP solution integrated with Office 365 to enable seamless communication across their entire workforce.
    Results:
    • The successful migration enabled the workforce to be fully mobile, using any device from anywhere.
    • Security was significantly enhanced with the implementation of MFA encryption.
    • The VoIP solution eliminated reliance on desk phones, allowing flexibility to work from any remote location.
