Making transition to new and secure cloud-based infrastructure

Hall Hunter, a leading UK grower of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries, is a family business in Berkshire and Surrey that has worked with some of the biggest game-players in the field including Waitrose, M&S, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and the Coop, and marketed through Farm Fresh P.O. Ltd.

Despite operating on 200 acres of land, Hall Hunter was still relying on manual counting and forecasting, which was proving unreliable. Their goal was to move their legacy system to the Cloud to improve system agility and deliver a more sustainable system structure. We harnessed innovative AI-based solutions to speed up field counting, manage soil and temperature controls, and offer accurate yield predictions.
