Partnership Programme Terms and Partnership Policy

• The Programme is open to individuals and businesses aged 18 and over with the legal capacity to enter contracts.
• You do not need to be a customer of Deployflow to participate.
• We reserve the right to approve or reject participants at our sole discretion.

• Once approved, you will receive a unique referral link tied to a specific service (e.g., P-Suite).
• You may share this link publicly or privately, including via email, websites, social media, and direct messaging, as long as it is not used in misleading or unethical ways (see section 6).
• A referral is considered valid only if:
  • The referred party completes an inquiry, booking, or contact form via your unique link, and
  • They are not an existing or previous customer of Deployflow within the past 12 months.

• Rewards will be issued only for referrals that result in a paid contract with Deployflow.
• Reward value is not fixed and will depend on:
  • The service purchased
  • Contract value
  • Duration (e.g., one-time vs. recurring)
  • Any applicable discounts or custom arrangements
• As a valued referral partner, you are eligible for performance-based rewards as follows:

1. 1. 4-Year Revenue Share
      Earn ongoing rewards for the full lifecycle of the client, up to four years from their initial deal:

• • • 10% on the initial signed deal
    • 5% on the Year 2 renewal
    • 3% on the Year 3 renewal
    • 1% on the Year 4 renewal

These percentages are calculated based on the net revenue received from the referred client, excluding VAT, discounts, refunds, or third-party fees.

1. 2. Milestone Bonus
      Unlock higher commission rates when your referrals reach key revenue thresholds (cumulative per referred client):

• • • < £50,000 – 10% commission
    • £51,000 to £100,000 – 15% commission
    • £101,000 to £250,000 – 18% commission
    • Over £250,000 – 20% commission
      Bonuses apply once the milestone is met and will override the standard 10% initial deal commission for that referral.

1. 3. Engagement Lock
      To protect your effort and outreach: If a referred prospect books a discovery call within 30 days of clicking your referral link, your commission eligibility will remain valid even if the deal is signed at a later date.
      We track this engagement internally. You’ll be notified when a qualifying meeting is booked.

• You will be notified of the reward amount once the contract is signed, and payment is received from the referred client.

• Payments are issued via bank transfer within 30 days of:
  • Receiving full payment from the referred client, and
  • Finalising the referral reward details with you.
• You are responsible for any tax liabilities or reporting requirements in your jurisdiction.
• If the referred client cancels, requests a refund, or defaults on payment, the reward may be withheld or reversed.

• Referrals are tracked using your unique link.
• If multiple Partners refer the same contact, attribution will be based on:
  • The first valid referral form submission, or
  • Internal review if ambiguity exists.
• We will notify you when a referral converts and confirm your eligibility for a reward.

You may not:

• Misrepresent your relationship with Deployflow
• Use spam, bots, misleading advertising, or false claims
• Impersonate our team or brand
• Promote your link in coupon/deal sites or platforms not aligned with professional services
• Engage in any activity that could harm our reputation or mislead prospects

Violation of these terms may result in disqualification and forfeiture of unpaid rewards.

• Deployflow reserves the right to update, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time without prior notice.
• Changes will not affect valid referrals already in process or rewards already earned.
• If the Programme ends, all pending referrals will be reviewed, and eligible rewards honoured in line with these terms.
