Anti-Slavery Policy

Last updated: 26th August 2025

1. Introduction

Deployflow Ltd (hereafter referred to as "Deployflow") is firmly committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all of its operations and supply chains. This policy outlines the steps we have taken and will continue to take to ensure that our business and supply chains are free from exploitation. We have a zero-tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking and expect the same high standards from all our partners and suppliers.

This policy applies to all individuals working for Deployflow, including employees, directors, contractors, and consultants, as well as our direct and indirect suppliers and business partners.

2. Our Commitment

At Deployflow, we believe in conducting our business ethically and with integrity. We are dedicated to ensuring all workers are treated with dignity and respect, and that their fundamental human rights are upheld. Our commitment is underpinned by a risk-based approach to identifying and mitigating modern slavery risks within our business and across our global supply chain.

3. Our Policies and Procedures

To ensure our commitment is upheld, we have implemented the following policies and procedures:

  • Recruitment and Employment Policy: We conduct rigorous checks on all new employees to confirm their legal right to work in the UK and verify their identities. We ensure all workers are paid a fair wage, have reasonable working hours, and are not subjected to any form of forced, compulsory, or trafficked labor.
  • Supplier Code of Conduct: Our suppliers are required to adhere to our Supplier Code of Conduct, which explicitly prohibits the use of any form of forced, compulsory, or child labor. The code also outlines our expectations regarding fair pay, working hours, safe working conditions, and the freedom of association. We reserve the right to terminate our relationship with any supplier found to be in breach of this code.
  • Due Diligence: We take a risk-based approach to assessing our supply chain. For all new suppliers, especially those operating in high-risk sectors or regions, we conduct due diligence, which may include:
    • Risk assessment based on country of operation, industry, and workforce type.
    • Review of their anti-slavery policies and internal controls.
    • On-site audits or third-party verification for our high-risk suppliers.
  • Training and Awareness: We provide training to key employees, including those in management and procurement, to help them identify and address the signs of modern slavery. This training reinforces their role in upholding our policy and ensuring compliance within our supply chain.
  • Whistleblowing Policy: We have a confidential and anonymous whistleblowing channel for employees and third parties to report any concerns or suspicions of modern slavery or human trafficking. All reports will be investigated promptly and thoroughly, and we guarantee that there will be no retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.

4. Monitoring and Review

The Deployflow Management Team is ultimately responsible for this policy. We will formally review its effectiveness and make any necessary updates on an annual basis. This ensures our approach remains robust and aligns with evolving legislation and best practices.

5. Conclusion

Deployflow is dedicated to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking. We will continue to work diligently to ensure our business and supply chains are free from exploitation, and that all workers are treated with fairness and respect.
