Company Challenge

The solution had multiple internal and external dependencies, our team had to work with local markets to get their buy-in as well as manage the multiple internal and external resources delivering different parts of the solution. Agreements with local banks in specific regions had to be negotiated as well


To be able to collect payments and pay invoices in SEPA compliant way on the centrally supplied service to all regional Vodafone units across the Euro Zone countries.


We decided to provide our senior Solution Owner to oversee the delivery across the entire platform. Implemented Target Operating Model that supported for fast and agile implementation of the requirements. They took on as well the ownership of the external delivery team to improve the delivery of the platform due to high volume of failures.


•Implementation and delivery of the service to 9 local markets, transferring over €1.5b monthly
•Designed and implemented appropriate archiving strategy for the platform
•Created strong agile culture within the team in preparation for handover to internal resources
•Train and build internal team to allow smooth handover upon completion of the project
